Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from At Luxe Lane. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at contact@atluxelane.com with your order number and details.

  2. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Allow 1–3 business days for our team to review and respond.

  4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
